Early Stage Investments

We are looking for early stage investments of $100k - $1 million in startups across a variety of industries in western Canada and Hawai'i. Our investment will typically be contributed by way of a combination of equity and debt. These companies will have founders with deep experience and/or unique abilities in their industries and a clearly defined execution plan. Although we do not participate in actual operations activities, we will provide director-level advisory assistance as part of our investment. If required, we can provide administration infrastructure, space in our downtown St. Albert office with access to our fiberoptic connectivity, and/or our multiple offices throughout the state of Hawai’i.
