Early Stage Investments

We look at early stage investments of $100k - $3 million in startups across a variety of industries in western Canada and Hawai’i.  Our investment will typically be contributed by way of a combination of equity and debt and we will maintain a control position.  These companies will have founders with deep experience and/or unique abilities in their industries and a clearly defined execution plan.  Although we do not participate in actual operations activities, we will provide director-level advisory assistance as part of our investment.  If required, we can provide administrative infrastructure and support, space in our Alberta or Hawaii facilities, and access to our distribution capabilities.
